A long-term service to help you keep your services in compliance.  Brokers help to submit and track reimbursements, monitor budget usage, and make plan updates.

Enhanced broker services include support with recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, and supervising staff.

Our Certified Housing Navigator provides individualized support for people preparing to move into a new community residence. This service helps you explore housing options, understand requirements, and plan each step of your transition.

Housing Navigator services are funded through your Broker budget. To add this service, you must have:

• Enough funds to cover your current Broker
• Additional funds to include Housing Navigator support

If you are unsure about your remaining budget, your Broker can help you review your plan.

OTPS contracts are available upon request for individuals or families who need them as part of their housing planning process.
